$500.00 – Marketing & Lease Negotiation

(Paid on Execution of our Consultant Agreement)

50% – Of Signing Bonus MST obtains for CLIENT

(Paid Once CLIENT Receives Payment)

– We market your property to Tower Companies & Cellular Providers. With our 24 plus years experience in the Cell Site industry we have built STRONG relationships. As you know, relationships are what get deals DONE!

$1,000.00 – Negotiate New Lease Agreement

(Paid on Execution of our Consultant Agreement)

50% – Of Signing Bonus MST obtains for CLIENT

(Paid Once CLIENT Receives Payment)

25% – Of Signing Bonus MST obtains for CLIENT

(Paid at CLOSING)

25% – Of Signing Bonus MST obtains for CLIENT

(Paid Once CLIENT Receives Payment)

– Alex Blasscyk will review your current lease agreement and make sure the carrier or management company is paying you the dollars & cents you should be receiving per your agreement.  Eight out of Ten cell sites have different equipment stated on the drawings as an exhibit to the lease agreement. That being said, you are entitled to addition rent. With Mr. Blasscyk’s 24 plus years experience in the Cell Site industry he has built STRONG relationships. As you know, relationships are what get deals DONE!
